Frames - Frame & Truss Specialist
Precut Construction Ltd's pre-cut, pre-nailed frames are made from South Island sourced timber, which is strong and stable. The frames are manufactured using a computerised manufacturing system which means the potential for errors is completely removed.
Pre-cut, pre-nail Frames:
- Are constructed to the specifications of the NZS 3604, NZS 3602 and AS/NZS1170
- All timbers are cut by computerised saws for accuracy
- Are constructed on an automatic nailing bed, which ensures all the components fit squarely and neatly
- All angle bracing is cut into frames where required
- Damp Course can be put on bottom plates - optional extra
- Frames are stacked for easy erecting for onsite personnel
- Delivery by a friendly and efficient contracting firm
